The Band has many facets as evidenced by its versatility and musicianship, which has made the Band very much in demand.
As a marching band they participate in many parades, field days, and firemen conventions. As a concert band they perform at festivals, special functions, and at summer “pops” concerts in the park.
In recent years they have been invited to play at Italian
feasts and celebrations in the North End of Boston,
La Banda Rossa is still very much a part of the Italian Community performing at processions and feasts, sharing all of the favorite Italian melodies with enthusiastic audiences |
